Latest Meeting: October 6, 2026
Attendance & Opening
Our October assembly started on a high note with 17 dedicated members in attendance. The meeting officially opened with a celebration of our recent Potluck success—a huge thank you to everyone who brought dishes, lent a hand, and made it such a memorable, community-building evening.

- Nov 3: Next Meeting | VFW | 5:30 Social | 6:30 Meeting
- Nov 21: Youth Snowmobile Training - Willmar Community Center - 8am-12noon
- December: Youth Snowmobile Training - TBD: Get on agenda
- January: Sno-Skippers Trail Ride at Park Rapids
- Feb 20-21: Antique Snowmobile Show & Vintage Ride
- TBD: Special Winter Committee (to plan vintage show and ride)
Organization & Officers
Officers will be elected at the next meeting. We look forward to seeing everyone there to cast their votes!

501(c) Status & Fundraising
Joe and Craig are working on the 501(c) status, which will allow us to conduct fundraisers. It was noted that we must keep track of our spending very carefully once we achieve this status.

- Janiece to draft and send official email reminders for the November 3rd meeting.
